Poha Cereal- Almonds, Cashew, Roasted Chana, Poha, Carom seeds
Milk shake powder- Almonds, Cashew, Pista, Walnut
Ragi Dhirde- Ragi, Hing, Cumin seeds,Carom seeds, Moong dal

Advisable for all ages above 8 months.

"Every product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 3 months from the Date of Manufacture.
Please transfer the contents immediately to clean , dry and airtight container."

"Poha Cereal- Baby/Adult:
Add 100 ml of boiled hot water to 1 tbsp of powder, Add sweetener (optional). close the bowl with a lid for 5 minutes.After 5 minutes, stir well and serve.
In case of more/less measure adjust the proportion accordingly.
Milk shake powder- Baby/Adult:
Add 1 teaspoon of the powder in hot milk/water, stir well and serve.In case of more/less measure adjust the proportion accordingly.
Ragi Dhirde- Baby/Adult:
Take a bowl and add 2 tbsp of Ragi flour add 100 ml water along with salt at a time to make thin batter(optionally Curd/Lemon juice can be added but only above 2+ years)
Heat up a pan on medium heat and spread oil,
Mix the batter once and add ladleful batter on the pan.
Cover and cook for about 2 minutes, When lower side is cooked well flip over and cook well from other side too.
When the dhirade is cooked well from other side too take it off into a dish.
In case of more/less measure adjust the proportion accordingly."
