Refund policy
NUTRI & HATKE satisfaction guarantee: We always hope you love all recipes traditionally handcrafted by NUTRI & HATKE but should you be less than happy with your purchase, tell us regarding unused/not opened recipes in its packaging to us within 2 days for a refund/replacement after receiving it.
When can I return/ replace my product?
- Raise a return/replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 24hrs from the time of delivery.
- Items can be replaced if there is only internal damage/loss of the products but not the outer cartons.
- Handcrafting for replacement will be initiated immediately after you provide us the proofs, as soon as possible we will try to get available for you.
- LESALT INDIA ( NUTRI & HATKE) will take 2 working days to review your return request.
- You would need to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner to 115/2, Trimurti Niwas, Kailashnagar Lane no 1, Thergaon, Chinchwad Pune 411033.
- After the product is received, NUTRI & HATKE will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. If approved, You can receive a gift card worth the same of your purchase which you can use it anytime. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.
Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement request will not be accepted?
- Opened/used/altered products
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
- The return/replacement request is generated after 2 days from the date of delivery
- The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale/discounted items cannot be refunded.
When can I request for Refund:
- Keep in mind that the recipe that you want to return us you should submit us the pictures of proof for damage/spoilage to contact@hatkecart.com
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, You can receive a gift card worth the same of your purchase which you can use it anytime.
When can I cancel my order?
- If you discover you have made a mistake with your Order after we have sent the Order Acceptance or change your mind and wish to cancel your Order, please contact us immediately at contact@hatkecart.com
- Your order can only be cancelled before processing. Normally, we start processing the order within 4 hrs from receiving the order.
- Once the processing is initiated only 50% of the amount will be refunded (As ingredient & helper allotment charges).
- Goods once processed cannot be cancelled at any cost.
- Once cancellation is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days. You can receive a gift card worth the same of your purchase which you can use it anytime.
