Shelf life
Every product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 3 months from the Date of Manufacture.
Please transfer the contents immediately to clean , dry and airtight container.
How to use
Baby/Adult:
Take a bowl and add 1 tbsp of Ragi flour. add 100 ml water along with salt at a time to make thin batter(optionally Curd/Lemon juice can be added but only above 2+ years). Heat up a pan on medium heat and spread oil, Mix the batter once and add ladleful batter on the pan.
Cover and cook for about 2 minutes When lower side is cooked well flip over and cook well from other side too. When the dosa is cooked well from other side too take it off into a dish. In case of more/less measure adjust the proportion accordingly.
