Every product is prepared FRESH after the order is placed. The shelf life is 3 months from the Date of Manufacture.
Please transfer the contents immediately to clean , dry and airtight container.
How to use
Baby/Adult:
Enjoy by cooking 1-2 tbsp with 150-200ml water for 5-7 mins on a medium low flame. Stir in between to avoid lumps and serve at room temperature.Add salt(optional), ghee(optional) & serve at room temperature. In case of more/less measure adjust the proportion accordingly.
Adult:
For health drink, add 1/2 tbsp ghee, 2 tbsp Jowar flour, mix it well. roast on a medium flame until it turns aromatic and stems. swith off the flame and allow it to cool completely. Add 150-200 ml water and boil in medium flame for 2 mins, stir in between to avoide lumps. switch off flame and add cup of boiled and cool milk . add 1 pinch of dry ginger powder, Cardamom and 1tbsp date jaggery/sugar, mix well and enjoy.
In case of more/less measure adjust the proportion accordingly.
