During our journey, many people mentioned that they had relatives or friends with young children and promised to share information about our products with them. True to their word, we began receiving calls from parents saying that someone had referred them to us. These referrals were encouraging, but with our growing responsibilities, we found it challenging to personally thank everyone who helped spread the word.

It reminded me of a principle I’ve always believed in: no one’s effort should go unrecognized, and no one’s work should be taken for granted. This thought led to the creation of the Nutri Friend program.

What Exactly is Nutri Friend?

Nutri Friend is a program designed to reward individuals who promote and distribute our products. Whenever an order is placed through a Nutri Friend’s referral, they receive a share of the profit.

Setting up Nutri Friend and connecting it with customers wasn’t straightforward. Initially, we only had a static, informative website. We didn’t want to miss any referral orders, so we developed a system that generated a unique Nutri Friend code. We instructed our Nutri Friends to ask their referred customers to mention this code when placing orders.

However, there was a risk that customers might forget to enter the code, which would mean the Nutri Friend wouldn’t receive their commission. To address this, we decided to offer a discount to customers who used the Nutri Friend code. This created a win-win situation: Nutri Friends received their deserved commission, and customers enjoyed a discount.

Since our approach to baby food was unique, we decided to make our Nutri Friend commission structure unique as well:

• Ascending Commission: Unlike other programs, we pay commissions in an ascending order, meaning the more orders a Nutri Friend generates, the higher their commission rate.
• Loyalty Bonus: Nutri Friends receive an additional loyalty bonus when their referred customers move to a higher purchasing slab.
• One-Time Linking: Customers only need to link to a Nutri Friend once, during their first order. If they forget to enter the Nutri Friend code for any future orders, the Nutri Friend will still receive their commission.
• Future Product Lines: We plan to expand our offerings to include immunity-boosting products, fitness supplements, women’s health products, toxin-free items for other family members, and aged care products. Nutri Friends will automatically earn additional commissions if their linked customers purchase from these new categories.

NUTRI Friend Registration Process:

To become a Nutri Friend, you need to provide your personal details, such as your name, address, contact number, and PAN number. Once registered, you’ll receive a unique Nutri Friend code. You can then share this code with customers who are referred by you, encouraging them to enter the code when placing an order. To ensure they do, we offer an additional discount to customers who use the Nutri Friend code.
